Something is broken
Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead. If it involves a specific device, include its name as it appears in your dashboard — that is enough for us to find it without you sending us anything private.
[email protected]A question about privacy or your data
What we collect, what we never collect, how long anything lasts, and how to get a copy of it. The short version is on the privacy page; anything it does not answer, ask.
[email protected]Close your account or delete your data
You can do this yourself, without asking us, and without waiting on a reply. There is a 30-day grace period in case you change your mind.
How deletion worksAsked most often
- Can my child see what Pedium collects?
- Yes, on their own device, in the same detail you see. That is deliberate: consent that the monitored person cannot inspect is not consent. There is no hidden mode and we will not build one.
- Does Pedium block websites or apps?
- No. It reports and summarises; it never blocks, locks, or punishes. If you want blocking, your phone already does it better — iOS Screen Time and Android Family Link both block natively, with the platform's own controls.
- I turned a feature off. Is old data still there?
- Turning a feature off stops collection immediately. Anything already collected follows its normal retention: raw activity is deleted within 24 hours, summaries within 30 days. To remove everything now, use the deletion flow.
- A safety alert looks wrong.
- Please tell us — with the site or app it flagged. Alerts come from an AI classifier, and a wrong alert is a bug we fix by testing against the real page. We would rather hear about one false alert than have you stop trusting all of them.
