Delete your account & data

You can do this yourself, at any time, without asking us for permission.

  1. Sign in to your dashboard

Deletion is an authenticated action — we verify it is really you before erasing anything. If you have lost access, email support and we will verify you another way.

  2. Settings → Delete my account

You will be asked for your password to confirm. You can also do this from the Pedium app on your phone, under Settings.

  3. A 30-day grace period starts

Nothing is erased immediately, so an accidental or coerced deletion can be undone. You can cancel any time in those 30 days from the same screen.

  4. Everything is erased

After 30 days the deletion runs and is irreversible. Collection on every linked device stops at the moment you request deletion, not at the end of the grace period.

What gets removed

  • Your account, password, and sign-in history
  • Every device you registered, and its consent settings
  • All activity: app and site usage, searches, locations, audio summaries
  • All AI summaries, digests, and safety alerts
  • Push notification tokens and notification preferences
  • Family memberships, invitations, and child-access links

If you only want some of it gone

You do not have to delete your whole account to stop collection. Turning a feature off in consent settings stops it immediately, and removing a single device deletes that device's data on its own. Most activity also expires by itself — raw activity within 24 hours, summaries within 30 days.

You can also export a copy of everything before you delete it. See the privacy page for what is retained and for how long.
